Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Friday. November 9, 2018 at 11:00 am with Pastor Bob Marino officiating. Interment will be in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Lloyd Lee Tracey, Sr., 68 of Clarksburg went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 5, 2018 at his home in Wilsonburg surrounded by his family and close friends.

 

He was born in Marlinton, WV on July 9, 1950, a son of the late Forrest and Ruth Frances Sharp Tracey.

 

He is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Mary Lou Sanders Tracey, whom he married in 1971; two sons, Lloyd Tracey, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth of Clarksburg, and Forrest Tracey and his wife Samantha of Clarksburg; four granddaughters, Sarah Tracey and her fiancé Logan Mikes, Linsey Tracey, Mary Ellen Tracey and Mandy Lee Tracey; one great granddaughter, Riley Kay Mikes; one brother, Terry Tracey of Aurora, WV; his aunt, Shirley Johnson and her husband Ronnie of Farmington; and his beloved dog Angel.

 

Mr. Tracey joined the Operators Engineers Union Local #132 in the 1970s, having retired in 2010. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and farmer and enjoyed coffee with his friends each morning either at McDonald’s or Ritzy Lunch. Mr. Tracey was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and WVU Mountaineer Fan and loved hanging out with his dog and best friend Angel. Lloyd was quite a character, and there was never a dull moment with him around. His favorite place to be was on his farm.
