Obituaries

Mark Anthony Crayton, 46, of Clarksburg, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in the UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Pittsburgh. He was born in Clarksburg on January 7, 1972, a son of the late Wendell Coffman, and Brenda Davisson Crayton who survives in Reynoldsville.

In addition to his mother, he is also survived by his companion, Kandy Jeffries; three sons, Jesse Crayton of Braxton County, Chris Crayton of Clarksburg, and James Jeffries of Clarksburg; one daughter, Shyann Crayton of Clarksburg; five grandchildren; four brothers, Steve Crayton and his wife Debbie of Warren, Ohio, William Crayton of Clarksburg, Richard Crayton of Clarksburg and Archie Crayton of Clarksburg; five sisters, Dee Dee Nix of Kentucky, Barbara Price of Clarksburg, Evelyn Swiger and her husband Dick of Clarksburg, Robin Crayton of Clarksburg and Carrie Montgomery and her husband Mike of Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, David Crayton and J. C. Robinson.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 1:30 pm with Pastor Frank Shipley officiating. Interment will be in the Stonewall Park Cemetery.
