Pamela Jean Bailey, 51, of Stonewood passed away on March 31, 2024 following a brief illness.

She was born in Cleveland, OH on August 8, 1972, a daughter of the late Hansel Queen, and Mary Hennings Long who survives in Stonewood.

Also surviving are her two children, Stephanie Abrams and her husband Philip, and Brian Bailey, Jr. all of Stonewood; her sisters, Kathy (Roman) Benkalowycz and Cheryl (Bobby) Prosowski, both of Cleveland, OH, Christa Burrows of Lost Creek, and Michelle Queen (Shawn Trader) of Nutter Fort. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Brian Bailey, Sr.; her sister, Lela Odom; and her stepfather, Rodney Long.

Pam loved to spend time with her sisters talking about old times and testing her luck at “the machines” when she could. She enjoyed spending times with her friends, and her favorite times were running around town with her sister Michelle. Spending time with her kids, when Brian would sneak her away to Toni’s for ice cream and when she would spend time teaching Stephanie how to cook and passing that knowledge from mother to daughter were some of her proudest and most cherished moments.

Her kids meant the world to her, and she meant the world to her kids. They will miss her every moment of every day.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mike Kelly officiating. Interment will be in the Stonewall Park Cemetery.
