Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00 am with Reverend Richard Price and Reverend Dan Cope officiating. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park.

Randall Wayne “Randy” Pritchard, 51, of Nutter Fort, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at his residence following an extended illness.

 

He was born in Clarksburg on April 22, 1968, a son of the late Carol “Sue” Oldaker-Pritchard.

 

He was married to Jennifer Lynn Teter Pritchard, whom he married on May 4, 1996, and who preceded him in death on December 7, 2011.

 

Surviving are his uncles, Joseph Oldaker and his wife Nancy of Sardis, Gary Oldaker and his wife Phyllis of Sardis, and John Wayne Oldaker and his wife Kathy of Clarksburg; his aunts Linda Fulton of Shinnston, Janice Oldaker of Jane Lew, and Ruby Oldaker of Bridgeport; his nephew, Scott Pritchard; his niece, Alisha Clausen and her husband Sean; many cousins; and his dog, Ginger.

In addition to his mother and his wife, he was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Myrtle Oldaker; his brother, Tim Pritchard; and his uncles Richard “Dick”, William “Bill”, and Kenneth “Jake” Oldaker.

 

Mr. Pritchard was a graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School and was a Sales Representative for Country Club Chrysler with 25 years of service. Randy was an avid WVU and Philadelphia Eagles fan and was a MOPAR enthusiast. He attended the Wolf Summit Wesleyan Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Harrison County Humane Society, 2450 Saltwell Road, Shinnston, WV 26431.
