Rebecca Kathryn Cutright, 72, of Clarksburg passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born in Clarksburg, WV on June 6, 1944 a daughter of the late Maxine Smallwood Nay but was raised by the late Nellie Ferrell.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Candon “Cutty” Cutright on July 29, 2009, who she married on August 14, 1969. In addition to her mother and husband, she was  preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

She is survived by one son, Jeff Cutright and wife Elisha of Clarksburg, WV: one daughter, Crystal Carder of Clarksburg, WV; four grandchildren, Sarah Carder, her wonderful caregiver, Sierra Carder, Tiera Cutright and Joshua Cutright; four great grandchildren, Naleigha Carder, Julian Thorton, Davion Greenlee and Aniyah Cutright and former son-in-law Jimmy Carder of Clarksburg, WV. She is also survived by one sister.

Rebecca was a 1962 graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School, a homemaker and a Baptist by faith.
