Robert Michael “Mike” Brown, 63 of Jane Lew, WV passed away suddenly at his home on February 28, 2020.

He is the son of the late Gary Lee Brown and Virginia Charlene McVicker Brown. His brother, Gary Curtis Brown, also proceeds him in death.

He is survived by his daughters, Lesley Meredith Brown of Severn, MD and Lauren Lee Brown of Gambrills, MD; three grandchildren, Aiden and Mason Lachapel and Taylor Queen; his sister, Charlotte Mechelle Brown of West Palm Beach, Florida; one nephew Ryan Jesse Brown of Sparks, Georgia; and his former wife, Dee Dee Brown.

Mike graduated from Frederick Douglass High School, Upper Marlboro, MD in 1974 and Magna Cum Laude from WVU in 1978. During his life he had many jobs and in 2000 became self-employed as a website designer. His greatest accomplishments were establishing Alumni Archive a high school reunion site and Poker Run for bike enthusiasts to advertise on. Mike loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating and riding his Harley. His dogs Showtyme and Chopper were his best friends.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 10-12 pm, where funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm with Reverend Michael Burge officiating. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park.
