In keeping with his request, Sam was cremated. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.  A memorial service honoring Sam’s life will be held at the conclusion of the visitation with Father D. Kent Durig presiding.

Samuel Joseph Brunetti II, 58, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Monday December 12, 2016 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

 

He was born in Clarksburg, WV on June 13, 1958, a son of the late Samuel Joseph and Mary Lou Petrigac Brunetti.

 

Sam was a great man with a huge heart. He never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face.  Sam was devoted to his faith in Catholicism, and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.  Sam enjoyed building computers and was an RC hobbyist as well as an amateur radio enthusiast. He loved animals, watching football and movies, and spending time with his family.  Sam worked as a Computer Aided Draftsman in Clarksburg and enjoyed running his own business. He had many longtime clients, of which many became his close friends.

 

Sam was a devoted father and best friend to his son Samuel Joseph Brunetti III and his wife, Amber Brunetti of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by former wife and friend, Brenda Richards, his sister, Samantha Brunetti; his step-brother, Jeff McIntyre; as well as his many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other friends.

 

He was also predeceased by his brothers, Joe Brunetti, Matthew Brunetti.
