Obituaries

Shirley Lee Roach, 68, of Meadowbrook, WV, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019, at Ruby Memorial Hospital with her family by her side.

She was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, on September 14, 1950, a daughter of the late Walter and Flossie Adams.

Shirley is survived by her children; Donald Roach Jr. and girlfriend Linda Hall of Worthington, WV; Virginia Skinner and husband Michael of Meadowbrook, WV; Charles Roach and girlfriend Amanda Starkey of Gypsy, WV; her grandchildren; Rochelle Scalise, Brandon Scheuvront; Zachary, Shawn and Abigail Roach; Michael, Yancy and Hannah Skinner; Charles “Peanut” Roach, Myrtle Copen; Audrey, Victoria and James Starkey; son-in-law Terry Scheuvront; as well as several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Roach and daughter Martha Scheuvront.

Shirley devoted her time to taking care of her family. She enjoyed crafting. She loved being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. A service will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
