Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Evangelist George Griffith presiding. Interment will follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery.

William Edward “Bill” Bartlett, 62, of West Milford, WV, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the United Hospital Center.
He was born in Clarksburg, WV, on October 15, 1962, a son of the late Charles E. Bartlett and Edna Henline Bartlett who survives.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Archetta “Gay” Bartlett.
Mr. Bartlett is survived by three brothers, Charles Bartlett and wife Elizabeth of Shinnston, George “Allen” Bartlett and wife Melissa of West Milford, and Mike Bartlett and wife Crystal of Jarvisville; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Bill was a graduate of South Harrison High School, Class of 1980. He was a Respiratory
Therapist at United Hospital Center and formerly with Option Care. He was employed as a clerk at Heck’s, Inc. and was a hardware clerk and maintenance worker at Hills Department Store. He was also employed with the Harrison County EMS.
Bill built fishing rods for kids and enjoyed fishing. He was an honorary member of the 304 Jeep Club and a member of the Central WV Bass Master Club. Above all, Bill loved his family and was a caretaker to his mother.
