Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Adam Cheeseman presiding. Interment will follow in the Sardis Cemetery.

No better gentleman that I’ve ever had The Blessing of nor privilege of calling him a friend and coworker. Always felt we had a special bond in part due to sharing same birthday together but also in how we both worked, lived, loved and honored our family and friends and we always enjoyed our time together. Nothing he cherished more than nor more proud of than his marriage and family that he and Dora had created. His “dash” between the beginning and ending dates of his life is one of character, virtue, morals, and high standards that left a lasting impact on those that were fortunate to have met or known him. He will be missed in so many ways, by so many. May our Lord Provide His Peace, Grace, Comfort, and Mercy for the family during this difficult time, for we know he is definitely in God’s Presence now.
