Sending all my love and deepest sympathies to the family. I am heartbroken for your loss. She will be missed. I am eternally grateful for her accepting me as the neighbor kid that she couldn't get rid of -so she didn't bother trying. I will never forget her kindness. Her caramel popcorn, grilled cheese/hot chocolates, and salad (my favorite) will remain essential ingredients to my youth. It was always a privilege to call her mom, even if it was just because she didn't have the heart to tell me I should go home. Wishing you all comfort and peace during this time of grief.
