Frankie Rae Allen, 63, of Lost Creek, WV, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022, surrounded by her family, following a brief illness.

She was born in Clarksburg, WV, on October 23, 1958, a daughter of the late Frank Dillon and Mary Buckhanon Dillon-Lightner.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Allen, whom was her high school sweetheart. They married December 2, 1977, and have been married for 44 years.

Frankie is also survived by her two children, Bobbi Jo Anderson and husband Gary of Bridgeport, and Rena Lucente of Clarksburg; four grandchildren, Alexis and Jace Anderson, Layla and Lennon Lucente; sister, Sharon Huff of Clarksburg; as well as many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her five sisters; Gertie, Betty, Nancy, Mary, and Libby; and her in-laws who meant the world to her, Russell and Shirley Allen.

Frankie was a graduate of Washington-Irving High School. After marrying directly out of high school, Frankie and Jerry began their early years stationed in Fort Knox, KY, where she enjoyed being a military wife. She gave birth to her first daughter, Bobbi Jo in 1978, and her second daughter, Jerri Rena, in 1988. She enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking, baking, and having conversations on her porch from her swing. She will be remembered as a caring and loving person. She relied on her faith as a Christian and received much religious leadership from the late Reverend Shinn.
